Smoked sticks are made by stretched-curd cheese; they are usually employed for a tasty and delicious aperitif or appetizer, especially whether rolled up around speck, ham or bacon, or even more in salads.

Ingredients: Whole cow’s milk, salt, rennet. Preservative free.

Organoleptic qualities: Mellow flavoured and amber-coloured cheese, without grooves.
