Cheese braid is a stretched-curd cheese that combines some charateristics of mozzarella and some others of scamorza. The name derives from the braid shape given by cheesemakers who manually braid togheter the strips. It is an impressive dish beacause of its filling, easy on the eyes when cut.
Ingredients: Whole cow’s milk, cooked ham (20%), filled green olives in brine (5%), salt, rennet. Preservative free.
Organoleptic qualities: Amber-colored cheese with a mellow flavour of milk, without grooves.
