Ciliegina (little cherry) is a spherical stretched-curd cheese, the size of a walnut, usually employed for a tasty and delicious aperitif of appetizer.

Ingredients: Whole cow’s milk, salt, rennet. Preservative free.

Organoleptic qualities: Mellow flavoured and amber-colored cheese, without holes.
