Quadrifoglio (four-leaf clover) is a typical product of South Italy. It is a stretched-curd cheese, without rind but covered by a white, smooth and shining thin-film. When cut, it released a milky liquid which tastes delicate and never sour.
Ingredients: Whole cow’s milk, salt, rennet. Preservative free.
Organoleptic qualities: White cheese, with a mellow flavour of milk, never sour.
