Cheese braid is a stretched-curd cheese that combines some charateristics of mozzarella and some others of scamorza. The name derives from the braid shape given by cheesemakers who manually braid togheter the strips.
Ingredients: Whole cow’s milk, salt, rennet. Preservative free.
Organoleptic qualities: White cheese, with a mellow flavour of milk, never sour.
